The Cajun Kitchen began life in September 2009 with our first public event being Gosford’s Coaster Music Festival. We learnt a lot, the hard way – including the (hard to swallow) fact that we had a long way to go to become reliable professionals in this field.

Roll forward to November 2013; for four years now we have been bringing our diverse menus to events right across the Eastern States, and have built up a reputation for fast and friendly service, fresh and flavoursome food and consistency across all areas of our operation.

We cater at between 40 and 50 major events annually, across the spectrum from the Melbourne and Adelaide Royal Shows, via some of Victoria’s highest profile sporting events (The Moto GP and the Grand Prix) through to a large swathe of music events (Big Day Out, Soundwave, Splendour in the Grass, Harvest, Falls Festival, Womad and Bluesfest to name a few).
